General Policy

  1. Rani Emaan's is committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Handling Defective Products

 

2.1 Defect Notification:
If you receive a faulty product, you must notify us within 48 hours by contacting info@raniemaans.us or WhatsApp at +92 333 0555554. Please include your order number and photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

2.2 Return Process for Defective Items:
We will guide you through the return process. If the defect is due to a manufacturing error or Rani Emaan's fault, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or store credit. However, if the defect or damage is due to the mistake in the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order, then the customer will be responsible for the return, shipping costs and any associated fees.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation:
Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

3.2 Refund Process:
Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one month.

3.3 Procedure for Cancellation:
