2.1 Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe:

2.2 Required Delivery Information:
To ensure accurate and timely delivery, we collect details such as your name, shipping address, billing information, and contact number. Providing incorrect information may result in delivery delays, for which we cannot be held responsible.

2.3 Delivery Attempts:
If an initial delivery attempt fails, we will reach out to the customer for a second attempt. Any additional attempts may incur extra charges.

2.4 Delivery Delays:
While we aim for on-time deliveries, certain situations, such as logistical issues or weather conditions, may cause delays. We will keep you informed about any unexpected delays.

2.5 Delivery Personnel:
Although we work with experienced courier services, we are not liable for any actions or behavior of the delivery personnel. Any issues arising between the customer and the courier must be resolved independently.

2.6 Order Tracking:

2.7 Domestic Shipping in Pakistan:
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Pakistan.

2.8 International Shipping Charges:
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight. Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

2.9 Customs Clearance:
It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with their country’s customs regulations. Any additional fees or delays caused by customs procedures will be borne by the customer.

 

Non-Delivery of Goods/Services

3.1 Definition:
A 'Non-Delivery of Goods' refers to situations where the customer does not receive their order within the expected timeframe.

3.2 Eligibility:
This applies to all customers who have placed an order through Rani Emaan's.

3.3 Delivery Address and Confirmation:
Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be supplied by the courier service, and we will provide tracking details as proof of dispatch.

3.4 Timeframe to Report:
Customers must notify us of any non-receipt within 7 business days from the expected delivery date.

3.6 Contactless Delivery:
All our deliveries are contactless. The tracking number will serve as confirmation that the package has been delivered.
